Social Housing
To be eligible for allocation of a Social Housing property, potential tenants must be on the Social Housing Register.
You cannot apply for social housing directly through Centacare Evolve Housing. All Social Housing properties are allocated to people on the Housing Register which is managed by Housing Connect.
Housing Connect is the entry point for people who are experiencing homelessness or need housing support (including emergency accommodation).
Affordable Housing
You can apply for the Affordable Housing that we manage directly with us.
We have limited affordable housing properties available and expressing your interest in a property does not automatically result in a housing allocation.
